Our Mission

We empower individuals and strengthen communities through educational scholarships, youth programming, and comprehensive community services — for everyone, from youth to seniors.

The Phi Lambda Educational and Community Foundation, Inc. was formed in 1997 to create opportunity and enhance quality of life across Wake and Johnston Counties in North Carolina.

We believe small, steady actions spark lasting change. Every scholarship awarded, every young person mentored, and every neighbor served is a step toward a stronger community.
